Rates

• $250 for one hour session

Insurance

Upon your request I will supply a superbill for you to submit to them directly, all payments are due on the day of service provided.

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
